INFORMATION & FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Deposits are required to book any service appointment, training or modeling opportunity.
Deposits are non-refundable. For service appointments, deposits are transferable with a minimum of 72 hour notice, appointments can be rescheduled to a different date up to two additional times, the 3rd reschedule will result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
For training courses, deposits may be transferable one time, with a minimum of 30 days notice.
A failure to provide adequate notice will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book an appointment or training date.
In case of illness or emergency please reach out as early as possible, I will do my best to work with you on a case by case basis.
CLASS MODEL POLICY
Our training academy is hands on and use of models is frequently required. A non-refundable booking fee is required at time of signing up. Modeling opportunities are first come, first serve - your spot is not secured until your deposit is received & a confirmation is sent.
A no-show for a modeling opportunity or scheduled appointment will result in a ban for all future modeling opportunities as our students rely on a live model to contribute to their best educational learning experience.
Due to scheduling commitments to other clients and artists personal schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late. Due to time constraints and our obligation to other clients, it may be necessary to reduce the service. If the service must be reduced you may be charged for the original service booked. Appointments are automatically canceled if you are 15 minutes late and the deposit will not be refunded. A new deposit will be required to re-book.
Prices are subject to change at any given time. Clients who booked in advance before a rate change will not be affected by the updated pricing.
